Rebekah Miles is a ceramicist and painter based in Carpinteria, CA. She was also my neighbor when I was in my early 20’s and lived in a tiny cottage in Santa Barbara. Rebekah’s art has always been such an inspiration to me because of her unique and distinct style. She has such a clear point of view and technique that is such a joy to witness.

Rebekah lives on an avocado ranch and the way her surroundings inspire her process really piqued my interest. Her undeniable talent and kind spirit was such a joy to be around while I made these photos and video piece.
